Refund policy

Returns (aka: The Bear-y Honest Policy 🧸)

We’ve got a 30-day return policy — which means you’ve got 30 days after your tee arrives to decide if it’s true love or a short fling.

 To qualify for a return, your item needs to be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed (we’re not into second-hand sweat, sorry)
• With tags still attached
• In its original packaging (aka the tee’s first little home)

Damages & Oopsies

If your tee shows up looking less than awesome (damaged, defective, or just plain wrong), let us know right away. We’ll make it right — no bear fights required.

Refunds

Once we approve your return, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Heads up: banks and card companies can be slower than a teddy bear in winter, so give them a little time to process it.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since we said “refund approved” and you still don’t see it, email us at support@CoolTeds.store and we’ll chase it down.
